COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Um... Brighton, UK? Not through CS, and at a Japanese's friend place.....but still, it WAS a couch!
And also Milan, through couch surfing this time!I had a great week end!
I hosted some of surfers as well...and met lots of great people!!!

Edit: I've couchsurfed my way from New York to San Francisco from April to June 2009, and it was really a wonderful time! Thank you so much to all my hosts, without whom it would not have been possible... It IS the best way to travel, and I can't wait to do it again!

Spirited away, and Myazaki in general. The French Lieutenant Woman, City of lost Children, all of Tim Burton's, the first Matrix, lots of others: my father's a script writer, I've been "taught" early!
Books......all the Roald Dahl's, Frances H Burnett, Amelie Nothomb, Sophie Masson, Francois Place, Narnia, Tim Burton's "Sad story of Oyster boy and others", Brian Froud, Abarat, The taste of sorrow.....and countless others surely (and yes, I only read children's book: not much time for anything else actually!)
Music....... jazz, brasilian, rock, musicals, about anything actually except techno and hard metal... Some of my favs are Counting Crows, India Arie, Edith Piaf, Stephen Sondheim, Tears for Fears, Nitin Sawhney, Asian Dub, Neneh Cherry, Destiny's Child, Erykah Badu, Hossam Ramzy, Warda, Tracy Chapman, Jane Monheit, Rachelle Ferrell, Ella Fitzgerald, Joni Mitchell, Fiona Apple....all right, I'll stop here then :-)

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Went to a private Island in Kenya to dance for a man's 40th birthday, and finished the stay with a safari where we were charged by an elephant! (I'll upload the pic to prove this!)
Was bridesmaid at one of my friends traditionnal wedding in Sri Lanka: sarees are very difficult to walk in!
Have worked several motnth for Lebanese TV.... !!!
Been to a Pow Wow in South Dakota...I was 15, and for me it was amazing because I felt "at home"........
Lived in New York fulfilling my dream of going to acting school there.
Gave workshops in Japan and trained there in beautiful temples.
