Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
meet people from all around the world and make them like Annecy
ABOUT ME
I studied abroad, mostly in the US and in Germany and that's why I love meeting other people with different cultural and linguistic backgrounds!
I love music (different styles). I play the violin, guitare and piano.
I'm a volunteer for a French NGO and currently help with the construction of a school in a village in Mali. I'm hoping to go there again next winter.
I like to cook, go out (movies, theater, concerts, bars...), picnic near the lake, biking, rollerblading...
PHILOSOPHY
I want to take advantage of every opportunity that I have. I think that there is so much to discover around the world that my life won't be long enough anyway to do everything I want and therefore I take every opportunity I have to learn, travel, exchange... I always think of the way I could improve my life or surprise my family and friends.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I welcome people in the beautiful city of Annecy, drive them around when I have time, show them the region and tell them where to go. I also like to take time for a dinner with my guests, we cook together or just go out.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I discovered Couchsurfing in 2009 with a German friend. We traveled in the US and were hosted by wonderful people in San Diego and LA. They are part of the reason I decided to do it myself!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
amazing thing seen: Every day when I go to work I see this beautiful mountain with the sun rising right behind. It makes me smile every morning and I think this is a beautiful thing to see every morning. I also had the chance to travel a lot and see wonderful countries all around the world. In every country, I saw amazing things.
Amazing thing done: 2 years ago I went to Mali for a celebration to open the first class of a school I helped building as a volunteer and the smile on children faces is a wonderful memory.
