About Me

CURRENT MISSION

When I'm drinking tea, I just want to drink tea.

ABOUT ME

I am not brief, and find so much pulling me that I have severe
difficulty deciding what joy to include in life. Want to become much
more aware than I am, trying to expand that
idea constantly but I tend to get stuck in paradoxes. My current goals
include learning the balance between thrift and indulgence while
finding somewhere to plant garlic. Was that vague enough for you?
As for further elaboration: The Pragmatic/Romantic hippie, hates the
term, loves barefooted adventures, local food and the ridiculousness
of it All. I find myself walking through the arboretum, climbing
trees and searching for new insects in the rain. I can always justify
buying a new micro-beer.

PHILOSOPHY

Everything is perfect for the moment that it is.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Couchsurfing camp at Burning Man x 2 (almost X 3). Couches in Nevada, Spain, and New Mexico- great people. Good food, kind hearts, looking forward to next time.

Interests

Redefinition.

learning different types of dancing, meditating, sewing things, playing an integral role at the community garden, selling cheese at the farmers' market, hola hooping, creating a costume for Burning Man, cooking good food, cultivating simple pleasures, reading those books on my shelves (Stranger in a Strange Land, Salt, the Slow Food Almanac, American Farmstead Cheesemaking, Batman comics), AND maybe even pick up that violin in the closet :-)

I will be searching for adventure in the mundane.
