PHILOSOPHY

The indigenous people of Minnesota, the Sioux and the Ojibway, had it sorted in my eyes. They cared for the earth, they were gentle with themselves and their people. They led a simple life in that they didn't have a lot of things. They worked hard, and also celebrated life and discussed the philosophy of life often... sitting in circles singing and chanting and playing lovely flutes, smoking tobacco in big pipes, and grass, using the gifts of the earth gently and for good. Pure people...of pure heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed in Edinburgh, Scotland and that decision has the been the beginning of a new, wonderful path. I met 4 people that have changed my life and that group has expanded since being here. I will be forever grateful to them for opening my eyes on a lot of life. Couchsuring, to me, is a wonderful wonderful thing and it shows, to get all deep on ya, that with all the shit in this world...there is still a lot of good.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spending time, seasons, by a river...especially the snow on a frozen river under the moon.
Nature has always brought me back to peace...and centered myself.
