I'm a political science major, and history minor at the University of Tennessee. I love to hike, read, and learn about photography and different cultures. I enjoy studying different cultures, and religions of the world. My number one goal on my bucket list is to visit each continent at least once in my lifetime, and so far I've got North and South America, and Europe checked off!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to travel and I want more opportunities to learn and grow through visiting new places in both the US and all around the world. I've been to four countries, I am learning spanish and can hold small conversations. I'm also learning the basics of digital photography, and I'm always up for an adventure!

Music, Movies, and Books

Favorite musicians include Iron & Wine, Old Crow Medicine Show, Postmodern Jukebox, Coldplay, Ed Sheeran, and Imagine Dragons. I enjoy most books that involve speculative fiction or historical basis. So far, my favorite books are "The Handmaid's Tail," "The Help," and "The Assault."
