Overview
About Me
I'm a nomadic being, floating around this gorgeous planet, connecting with humans, nature and myself on deeper levels every single day. I am an artist - photography, painting, and digital art are a few of my chosen mediums as of late.
I take self-nourishment quite seriously - I feed my body, mind, and soul with intention. Meditation, breathwork, movement practice, and cooking life-giving plant-based nourishment are all parts of my daily flow. Open communication, honoring boundaries, and grounded generosity are as much what I offer as they are what I will accept nothing less than for myself.
I have been traveling around the US and Mexico in my self-converted minivan since the beginning of 2021. I am currently about to embark on some air travel and decided to try couchsurfing, since my beautiful microhome will stay in Tucson, AZ while I'm away.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Couchsurfing seems like an excellent way to create a new understanding of energy exchange while traveling. I appreciate the opportunities for kinship available when one opens their home space to be shared with fellow humans who were called to visit the grid point one calls home.
One of the greatest gifts of this human experience is connecting with one another. Learning more about the lens through which our fellow humans experience this reality creates a fuller, more dynamic picture of life. I look forward to the connections I will make via this platform.

Music, Movies, and Books
BOOKS
"The Alphabet Versus The Goddess" by Leonard Shlain
"Women Who Run with the Wolves" by Clarissa Pinkola Estes
"The Secret Teachings of Plants" by Stephen Harrod Buhner
Reference books are some of my favorite books, actually. I love field guides, dictionaries, compendiums of all sorts. Whenever possible, I prefer books to the internet when it comes to digging into a topic.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Designed, built and painted a 9" diameter circular stretched canvas painting. Check it out in my photos section, or currently on display at Groundworks in Tucson, AZ.
