Overview
About Me
I’m a Dutch history and political science student from Paris, France. I’ve been living in France since 2009. (I can speak French, English, Dutch, German.... but I’d like to learn many more!)
This summer, I embarked on a trip through East Africa with my boyfriend, one of the most amazing trips I’ve ever done, through Ethiopia, Kenya, Uganda and Burundi!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Because traveling like a local and WITH a local is the best way to really grasp the essence of a culture, city…

Music, Movies, and Books
You’ll generally find me with a book in my hands. I’m quite fond of music as well and I’ll listen to pretty much anything, but I’m very fond of baroque and classical music.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
One of the most amazing things I’ve experienced was a motorcycle roadtrip through the beautiful mountains of Burundi. I’ve never seen so much green, so much beauty!
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach you how to be Parisian. If you succeed, drinks are on me! ⭐️
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can give you a few insights of the life of a Dutch girl in Paris... or share my love for 19th century history! I’m also a pretty good cook!
