About Me
I'm a free spirit, adventurous, adrenaline seeking, lover of cultures and languages, and overall consider myself to be a compassionate person. I enjoy working with people and helping them with communication needs. I work mostly with young children with autism and adults with traumatic brain injuries.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Traveling is my passion. I love learning about the culture and history of a place by connecting with locals. Everywhere I go I try to make new local friends. I see couchsurfing as a nice way to do this.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Hi all! Update, I’m starting my journey from Capetown to Nairobi today. I’ll see about hosting once I’m back at the end of August. I lived and taught English in Italy for 2 years when I was 22. It took a lot of courage for me to go out there alone and make it work.
Most recently, I went to Vietnam for 6 weeks...bought a motorcycle and traveled across the entire country. Met some of the most amazing people and saw a beautiful country. I'm happy to say there were only 2 minor wrecks. I'd definitely recommend it.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can do language practice with you and teach you some American/Italian dishes. I like having a fun time and joking around. I'd love to take you out for a beer and hear your story.
