Hello! I am Lauren. I am 30 years old and I currently reside in South Elgin,IL. I grew up outside of Chicago in Villa Park, Illinois. I currently live about an hour away from Chicago, one of the greatest cities ever! I recently received my masters degree in Social Work. I currently work full time as a clinical counselor at a residential substance abuse facility. The work I do is very challenging but, rewarding. self care is so important!! I do this as often as i can by traveling, meeting new people, and attending concerts. I love to explore and want to see the world.

Music is medicine ❤️ music is my life. Attending concerts and/or music fests is one of my favorite thing to do.
Some of my favorite bands include - the misfits, No doubt, alkaline trio, rebelution, of montreal, the growlers.
I love love love punk rock music and raggae music.

Movies are amazing and I frequently speak in movie quotes.
Some of my favorite movies include - the shining, 10 things I hate about you, the little mermaid, wanderlust, superbad, I love you man, anything with Chris Farley.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I met an incredible person one night from Luxembourg while traveling in Rotterdam. I came home to the United States and he went back to Luxembourg. We remained in contact almost everyday after only meeting one time. A few short months later I flew to Germany and went to stay in Luxembourg with him. We explored Belgium, Amsterdam, and Luxembourg. I took a huge chance going to a foreign country to stay with a person I met one time. People thought I was a little nuts. It had its challenges but overall wound up being an amazing experience. No regrets. Me and him still remain friends to this day! Winning! : )
