I’m Lauren. Very free spirited passionate and have a huge heart. I have a science degree in kinesiology but haven’t gotten to explore much of that. I have been travelling a lot since I graduated because it’s what I love. My travels alone and with other people have taught me so much about the world and how I want to live in it. Life to me is beautiful and simple and we should enjoy every single day. Some of the things I love and are passionate about are naturopathic medicine, conscious living, animals, painting.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The people I have met so far on Couch Surfing have each left a huge impression on me and have given me some of the best experiences of my travels. Some of the most important people in my life I’ve met on couch surfing, as I feel it breeds the type of people that are compassionate and have a good grasp on what’s important in life.

Helped build a school and library in a remote village in Kenya.
