About Me

Hi everyone!
I am an Australian who is working freelance while I travel throughout Italy on a working holiday visa :) I love being in nature, walking in the outdoors, playing sports, eating amazing food and drinking wine, dancing (usually to RnB and Latin music) and practising my Italian!

IF YOU HOST ME:
> I will be extremely respectful of you and your space. I will always abide by your rules, clean up after myself, and be grateful for your hospitality.
>I will usually follow your lead when it comes to interaction. I am very friendly but not hugely extroverted, therefore I won't usually ask you to spend time with me unless you express interest first (I also see this as a sign of respect as I don't want to encroach on you). I also enjoy my alone time, so if I choose to go for a walk by myself or read a book, please don't be offended!
>I will love to hear all your local secrets, especially in regards to the best places to eat/drink and areas of natural or historical beauty that are off the beaten track.
>I'm down to earth, non-judgemental, and would love to have a laugh with you :)

Please feel free to ask if you have any questions! I look forward to meeting you :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I think living with locals is the best way to experience a new place because they always have the best insights into local attractions and places to eat/drink/dance. They can always tell you more interesting things about the people and the place than you could ever read online. I also prefer feeling like I'm in a home away from home, rather than in a sterile hotel!

What I Can Share with Hosts

> I will be happy to talk to you about different aspects of Australian life (I lived in Sydney for 4 years but grew up in a small town on a farm, so I can explain the different lifestyles)
>Help with cooking, cleaning, gardening, or other jobs around the house (I like being practical!)
>I can be your walking companion (I love going for long walks and think it's the best way to explore a new place)
>Play sport with you - as a teammate or competitor! (I love sports, particularly soccer (football) and I love being active)
>Help you practice English, if you want to
