Overview
About Me
I recently quit my job and sold all my things to travel around the world. The universe presented me with a series of life events that led me to this path and I knew it was now or never, so I took a leap to follow my dreams.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I am very interested in seeing new places from the perspective of a local. Tourist attractions are so hyped up, so it's nice to get a real life experience of the city.
Other than the fact that I love meeting new people and experiencing new cultures, I have a limited budget with no income, and I'm pursuing my dream of traveling around the world.
Interests
Music, Architecture & Design, Travel
Music, Movies, and Books
I like most kinds of music, just depends on my mood, but usually hip-hop, electronic/house/dance music; not really a country music fan although that's surprising to most since I am from Texas.
I like comedy and action movies, plus a lot of documentaries, really just anything entertaining or informational. I'm also a nerd for musicals!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I served in the US Army for 5 years with one deployment to Iraq under my belt, not sure if it was "amazing" but it was definitely an experience to remember.
Teach, Learn, Share
What I can teach depends on what you want to learn, ask me and we will see. :)
I would love to learn the culture and history, and experience living like a local.
I am very interested in environmental design and sustainable practices and enjoy sharing and learning.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my smile, my opinions, my honesty, my laugh. I'm open to conversation and sharing experiences: life, love, travel, whatever.
I like to laugh and have a good time. Let's share and adventure!
