Hi!! I am a senior in college studying Journalism, French and Sociology, and getting ready to marry my best friend next year. Because traveling as a college student has become “buying tickets to the cheapest place”, I’ve spent the last few years just going wherever the wind takes me - and bringing my fiancé along for the ride.

I have traveled far and wide and I’ve found that staying with locals really helps you to get a better understand of the area - plus the friendships you make with your hosts can lead to all sorts of things!

I love traveling and, strange as it might sound, studying! I really enjoy what I am studying in school and love to really engage in the material. I hope to be a forever student - there is always more to learn.

Music, Movies, and Books

You can almost always find me with a book in hand - fiction or nonfiction! I especially love literature. I’ve recently started to diversify my library, adding literature by authors of other ethnicities to get a better understanding of what I missed out on from our required reading of the “classics” in school.
