PHILOSOPHY

'Be friends with people who aren't your age. Hang out with people whose first language isn't the same as yours. Get to know someone who isn't from your social class. This is how you see the world. This is how you grow.'

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been to a couch surfing meeting in Ubud, Bali and also in Bangkok, but so far have never surfed or been able to host anyone! Hoping to change this soon.

Interests

Meeting people, travelling, photography, graphic design, eating out, Thai language, dancing, reading, trying new things, Asian culture, traditions, trying new and weird food, talking to strangers, art, architecture, unusual bars and restaurants, anything I've not done before.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music - anything from Reggae to Banghra to Funk to Blues. I'm always looking for music recommendations.

Books - I have to guiltily admit that I'm a massive Harry Potter book fan! But I'll read anything with a good story to it and again, will always take recommendations.

Movies - I love all sorts of movies...too many good ones to list.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was the photographer at a funeral in Vietnam, that's got to be in the top 3.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm willing to share any of my interests with hosts. I love to speak Thai and would be happy to teach Thai or English to anyone who's interested.
