About Me
A year ago I set off on my travel dream escape, to meet people, find new experiences, see what the world have to offer us. in the past 12months my dreams were my reality! it is all about getting out there and just doing it.
What you miss out on, you can not regret because you chose to do it differently, you chose to do it your way.
No tour groups, no tourist menus, no iternaries, just a massive list of hot spots and travelers recommendations. Travelling to me is the amazing aromas of home cooked meals, the surprise of strangers who offer you a lift when hitchhiking, the friends you make along the way and the stories you get to share. I've been so lucky over the past year with the people I have met, these friends have given me memories, smiles, laughter and great company over many shared bottles of wine. I have learnt how to cook with new ingredients, light a camp fire with ease, and that the best travel advise comes from the travelers you meet on the way, taking on their suggestions have amped my adventures out of this world of expectations. I have climbed snow capped mountains, sailed the Dalmatian coast, swam under waterfalls, and partied European Music Festivals. From backpacking and tents to campervan and CS hosts, this year has been incredible and I hope to share a moment of this year with many others.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
At 26yrs of age, a can say i've spent the last 8yrs backwards :) started out of high school in a corporate advertising role and worked my way to university when I turned 22yrs to become a recent graduate. Now the one thing missing in there as an Aussie is travelling the world on a slim budget, so here I am, making it a reality and super excited.

Music, Movies, and Books
Books:
Guns germs and steel - Jared Diamond (brilliant book if your curious about cultures and 1st world countries developments)
Science fiction books - who doesn't love a bit of escapism from the real world
Music - hard to say, but old school goes down well so does indie and a bit of regge.
Don't really get the chance to watch movies much, if I can be outside and chill that's usually my free time.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
This trip! And you can be apart of it
Teach, Learn, Share
If your interested I can teach some Aussie cooking skills, take you on in card games, or just share conversations and company when you are up for it. Of cause when I'm back home in Sydney my doors are always open to people I've met over the world.
What I Can Share with Hosts
Love to share my awesome cooking skills, stories, social chats and company, but am very independent and happy to not take up too much of your time if your busy or have other plans :)
