CURRENT MISSION
- simply to learn how to be a good human bean!, follow my heart and continue to meet beautiful inspiring people. a healthy SIMPLE life filled with lots of friends is my life, rather than current mission...

my life so far has seen me travel for 7 years- snowboarding in the french alps in the winter seasons, and working on yachts and travelling in the summer seasons. When i was 27, i stopped this life to persue a path of becoming a buddhist chaplain and yoga teacher, so i headed to uni to study world religions and train in india and the uk as both a hatha and kundalini yoga teacher. Recently i just finished my 3 year degree and am about to spend the next two years living in a buddist monastery in the UK and training further as a yoga therapist.....

My furture goal is to have a non for profit vegan restaurant and yoga studio with two good friends in the south west of england....encouraging community, growth and nurishment!

well! really for my dear wonderful mother who i wish to couch surf with. i have travelled for many years and met some incredible people - i only wish that she gets such an open experience in her life. ...simple really, to share and introduce my mother to how wonderfully kind and warm complete strangers can be!

anything going sideways i love! my interest are quite varied, but i think above all currently my main interest are pracitces to expand the consciousness...AND group activities- learning to work with others

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

made the decision 4 years ago now to travel with my mother once a year- of all the awesome things i have done in my life, that feels the most meaningful and special.....so important to help others reach ife goals too (especially when they are dear friends and family!)

oh and, spent 27 days in a silent buddhist monastery meditating with nuns and monks in sri lanka
