I am from Sydney and have spent most of my life in suburbia until my recent move to hipsterville i.e. the inner west. I am currently working full-time for the national parks service. I studied environmental science at uni and love being outside, hiking, watching animals in the wild, climbing mountains.. etc. and I wish I did this stuff more often. I love travelling and meeting new people. Last year I lived in Mauritius and then travelled in Madagascar and Africa, previous to that I have done the Europe and South-East Asia gap thing and loved every moment.

My dream is to one day live in a tree house.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have travelled quite a bit and I have been so overwhelmed with people's generosity and spirit who open up their homes to me. BUT I haven't couchsurfed, I usually end up staying with people from local villages who I meet in the street or just nice people I meet on the bus. Most would be mortified at the prospect of me couchsurfing. "Its too dangerous! You stay with me!" And that's the cycle. Ironic.

Interests

The environment and all its creatures, trekking, camping, travelling, cooking, dancing, some adventure! I also like documentaries, red wine, dark chocolate and yoga just to name a few of my favourite things.
