ABOUT ME

I have had the travel bug since I was 16, and it has only gotten stronger with time! I love learning about new people, cultures and countries as much as I can. Latin America has been my major destination, as I am fluent in Spanish and LOVE the culture but right now I am broke and living "the dream" 9-5 in Chicago. I am very easy going and open minded, and just love to be active and see as much as I can. I played rugby, snowboard, love a good beer and laughing.

Love traveling but cannot afford it right now- just got a couch in Chicago that is open for surfers :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had my first experience in Hobart, Tasmania and continued on to surf in New Zealand. I have met some amazing friends who I never would have encountered without their (or my) couch!

Interests

Good conversations, music, food, rugby, hiking, sunsets, and pretty much anything that anyone else can turn into a good time.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

The peak of Volcan Arenal in Costa rica- only 10% of all visitors get to see it, and we had a picture perfect view for three days in a row!

Teach, Learn, Share

Learn another language- its the most amazing skill to be able to communicate with different kinds of people all over the world.
