About Me

CURRENT MISSION

my mission.... hmm.... to really live every moment of my life. To meet and love and experience. To never have to look back and think 'I wish I would have done that'

ABOUT ME

I'm a very laid back, roll with the punches type of person. I live in Los Angeles and work in Film and Television production. I'm excited about adventure and living in the moment.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to blend in.

I want to live a life that is unforgettable and I want to see the world in a big way.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE

I travel often and am always looking to make great friends and amazing memories. The touristy stuff isn't as interesting as the people we meet. I trust a local to point me in the right direction more than a book.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've only had one true couch surfing experience and it was just great. I had a 23 hour layover in Amsterdam and a woman was kind enough to let me stay, even with no prior recommendations. We went out to have a few drinks and chatted at a local pub. She was great company and I felt very welcome. It definitely beat staying at a hotel or hostel and going straight back to the airport in the morning.

Couchsurfing just makes sense to me. It seems like the perfect symbiotic relationship and I'm super excited to use couchsurfing to see the world.

Interests

I have a broad array of interests that include but are not limited to
Filmmaking, photography, sports, nature, camping, coffee, beaches, animals, big buildings, little buildings, lack of buildings, being active, laughing, non-profit work, beautiful women, optimism, Taoism, making friends, learning

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I witnessed a Kenyan teenager, who had been separated from her family for 2 1/2 years due to post election violence, reunite with her family.
