Hey guys, I'm Lauren!

I'm a 23 year old freelance translator and I don't really live in one fixed place, but I generally spend most of my time in Spain. I'm home for the summer so if anyone wants to do something in the UK, let me know!

I'm a pretty active person, and whenever I'm not working, I can be found hanging out with friends, kayaking, playing tennis or attending whatever language exchanges or international meetups I can find. I'm a true extrovert and love meeting new people and sharing experiences or learning about new cultures!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

It's a toss up between seeing the Aurora Borealis in Iceland, snorkelling in Hawaii or horseback riding through a waterfall complex in Brazil.

I'll never be able to choose just one, sorry haha!

I love to show people my city, and talk about the culture in the different countries that I've lived in. I'm an open, welcoming person and love to meet new people!

If you're a Spanish speaker or can code, then I'll buy you a drink in exchange for teaching me a little bit - or I can teach you English (I worked as an English teacher for a year in Spain).

What I Can Share with Hosts

I'm a very open and happy person, I'd love to be able to hang out and share our experiences over a drink.
