About Me

Hello! I'm a girl from Montreal who now lives in the beautiful city of Quebec. I love travelling and I'm looking forward on meeting new people around the world while couchsurfing! I'm also a second year student in Product Design at Laval University in Quebec and before that, I did 2 years in Biomedical Science in University of Montreal. I'm an active person. Believe it or not, my curent job is in a inflatable game company. Yeah, bouncy castles, I work with bouncy castles. I drive them around, install them and entertain the kids. And I've been doing this for 4 years now, yup!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I really like travelling, but I'm a student, so I don't have the money to pay a hostel or a b&b every night that I'm on a trip and I think couchsurfing is a great way to meet new people and to see new cultures. I don't want to deprive myself of travelling because I'm attending school 8 months a year. What about my 4 months of summer? Couchsurfing seams perfect for a poor student like myself who wants to travel and meet new friends!

Interests

ALL OF THE THINGS! I really like trying new stuff. I particularly like sports like american football, soccer or football, volleyball basket ball and pretty much any other one. And arts, I reeeaaaaalllllly like singing, playing the piano and painfully trying to learn the play the ukulele. I use to play the clarinet and the soprano saxophone, but, they are expensive instruments... not really easy to find and to buy on a student budget. I'm also interested in meeting new people, that may sound cheesy, but it's true, I'll go the distance to make new friends. I'm the person who'll organize activities for people to know each other better. Yeah...

Music, Movies, and Books

Really? Okay, my favorite music is something that is not French Rap or cheesy Country music about a pick-up truck, a cowboy hat and a lost love. I use to do classic music, like the one you hear in movies, and enjoyed it, but at the same time, I love going to punk festivals. Music is the sh*t. It's kind of my drug. Nothing beats good live music and a good beer. About movies, I'm really into action movies. Skip the romantic sh... and put the new Marvel movie and I'll be happy! And now books. I'm a book lover, I use to read a lot, but then school happened. I don't read as much as I would like to (one day I'll finish the Game of Thrones book series) but I get my fix once in a while. I really like the fantastic univers and books that make you feel weird when you finish reading them.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Stuff and things... I don't really know what to answer. I haven't travel a lot, yet. The only thing I can think of right now is that I've been to school for the last 17 years. That's a lot, like, I've could done something else, but nah, I've decides to stay in school. The amazing thing is that I don't even have a useful diploma... yet!

And, I've swum with dolphin, once, when I was 14.

Teach, Learn, Share

What is that question? Well, I can teach you french, or how to take care of a bouncy castle, or american football or how to draw stuff... And I really want to learn new languages, and how to play the guitar. I could share my sense of humour, my knowledge of stuff and things and my love of cats.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I can share a good attitude. I'm the annoying person who's happy most of the time. I can share that. And story and experiences, I can stop talking #notsorry, I can share a lot in a short time lapse.
