About Me
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Last Summer (2017) I went to Munich to study mathematical philosophy and then travel at my leisure. It was my first time Europe, and I was travelling solo, so I decided to try staying in hostels. It was nerve wracking as an idea, but I soon realized that spending time in settings geared towards meeting new people is extraordinarily humbling and healthy. I'm on couchsurfing because I'm hoping to expand my community of friends, and experience the city through the advice and ideas of someone who knows it better than I do.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I spent seven days in the Utah desert with an amazing program called Boulder Outdoor Survival School (B.O.S.S.). I had some rope, a small blanket, a knife and not much else. It was an absolutely profound and challenging experience.
Teach, Learn, Share
I study philosophy and mathematics — the overlap between them is a field called logic. My career is as a full time tutor, and I specialize in explaining logical concepts. It's rewarding for me to explain a logical idea that you — with whatever mathematical background you have — can wrestle with.
What I Can Share with Hosts
When I travel, I become an enhanced version of myself, and demand of the world that it provide me with an amazing experience. I will get you off da couch and into the world if that is what you want.
