About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet people from all corners of the world and to share out perspectives and experiences.
PHILOSOPHY
My very personal philosophy that I could not have said any better:
“I wanted a perfect ending. Now I've learned, the hard way, that some poems don't rhyme, and some stories don't have a clear beginning, middle, and end. Life is about not knowing, having to change, taking the moment and making the best of it, without knowing what's going to happen next.
Delicious Ambiguity.”
― Gilda Radner
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I only recently joined the site as I have also only recently moved to a new city. I am hoping to host people when things become a bit more settled down!
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have met a few people in my own city from couchsurfing and it has always been a wonderful and rewarding experience.

Music, Movies, and Books
Any books from the J.D. Salinger, Jack Kerouac genre. I love all music except for the country kind. Preferably indie rock, trip-hop, rock, progressive rock, jam bands, melodic metal, alternative rock, pop, hip-hop, rap, electronica, trance.... really anything. My favorite movies range from Monty Python and the Holy Grail and Wayne's World to Eternal Sunshine of a Spotless Mind and Wes Anderson films to Quentin Tarantino and Batman. Essentially any movie that makes you think, is hysterical, or is just Bada**.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Teaching to children is one of the most difficult but rewarding jobs I could have ever experienced. I witness every day how these children change, grow, and blossom.
Teach, Learn, Share
I was an archaeologist and am currently working in the museum realm. I have met some incredible people who work in Florence (including almost any and all of the directors at every museum that exists there) and am currently trying to do the same in Turin. As well as currently being a teacher, I hope that my philosophy on life and adaptation can be accepted in the museums but also in the classroom.
What I Can Share with Hosts
My thoughts and good conversations! I love meeting people and talking about anything from food to art of savasana.
