About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Explore, meet new people and make new friends

ABOUT ME

Warm and friendly, passionate about music, writing and traveling, looking for adventure.
Me and two friends (in photo) are traveling around Eastern Europe over the next month and would love to meet new people, hang out, get recommendations and couch surf. We're up for going out though aren't massively into clubbing, more interested in cool, underground bars, live music and nice cafes. We'll be passing through Berlin, Prague, Vienna, Budapest, Zagreb and Dubrovnik and possibly a few more places.

PHILOSOPHY

Community, nature, music and travel.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment just looking to couch surf and meet up with people. Will be happy to host once I've got my own place again, and if I'm in London happy to show people some cool spots.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to the whole thing! Met a lovely American girl couch surfing at a friend's in London and showed her round some cool spots, she inspired me to get involved. I love showing people good music events in London, I know the best jazz and folk nights in town!

Interests

Music, books, art, culture, hiking, swimming, good wine, beer and whiskey!

Music, Movies, and Books

I love a wide range of music, a lot of old stuff, old jazz like Miles Davis and Ella Fitzgerald, indie - velvet underground, the Smiths, Dylan, Joni Mitchell too much to put down! New music too, a lot of new folk and indie.
Favourite books include The Bell Jar, 1984, anything by Ali Smith, Oranges are not the only fruit, The Great Gatsby, I capture the castle, mostly modernist and postmodern literature.
I love French films, Woody Allen films and Wes Anderson film best! Not an action or horror fan
