我做过的一件不可思议的事情

India & Nepal, oh how you stole my heart. So much I could say. Traveled all over India. Kashmir was the most amazing place!
Hiked the Annapurna Circuit, stayed with a Nepali family, ate goat feet etc.

Visited Peru. It was a great time. I met wonderful people.
Ate guinia pig, fished for & ate piranha, swam in the Amazon, met a great Shaman and so much more.
Sad it was so short. Hope to visit again someday.

I am a Yoga Instructor, so I could teach you asana, pranayama or philosophy. As well as exercise physiology and anatomy. The body is soooo amazing!
As I only know a little of the vast sea of Yoga, I would love to learn more!
