About Me
ABOUT ME
Easy going and thoughtful, well spoken but often silent.
I like people that take time to form an opinion and focus on how to think, feel and live freely.
My name is Laurens, I am a regular guy, genuinely friendly, it takes time to get to know me.. still working on that myself:)
After graduating fine arts, I have been working in an art supply shop in Holland and recently started teaching fine arts material courses. You can view works on http://www.laurenshoste.nl
or http://www.flickr.com/umoveme
I enjoy meeting new people but can be slow in opening myself up to others.
PHILOSOPHY
to much thoughts and feelings to put into words- life is change- and change doesn't make any sense without life :)
Good experiences make living worth while.
In short, despite desperation, depression, chaos and evil I'll be me and try to keep steady and go for a sunny, free, bright, good and tasteful life.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I have been a member in Hospitality club and enjoyed that community off open minded globetrotters so I figured- let's join this one too.
Throw me a line when you are in Rotterdam- always up for a get together a drink and some dancing. cheers
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
very fond of the warm hearted people that hosted me on many occasion and enjoyed offering that friendly home away from home back to others.
Interests
Although I don't do all of these frequently, I enjoy meeting new people and old friends, enjoy going to music, films, art-shows, festivals pubs and clubs.
I like reading- tasting foods- breathing fresh air and taking a dip in the sea. You could call me a modest hedonist- I simply like indulging my senses :D
Warm choc with whipped cream / bacon and eggs. Soft evenings with a glass of wine / a smile. Hot sunny days with a cold beer / an ice cream;)
A good conversation / kissing lips/ Rainbows, waterfalls, naughty twinkles / woman's eyes etc. etc.
