About Me

I am French, Dutch & Swiss and lived in multiple placed throughout my life.

I was born in France, near Paris, but left when I was a year and a half old to live six years in Singapore. I moved back to France, in the South, for about a year before moving to The Netherlands where I spent the first 9 years in The Hague at the French School. Graduated in 2013, and moved to Rotterdam where I have been studying since.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

The first week end of May 2015 I went hitchhiking for the first time to Lille and met some amazing people through CouchSurfing. This simple gave me the envy to try and do the same when I can. Meeting new people is always an amazing experience, and sharing is caring.

Interests

I love sports (e.g swimming, kick boxing), strolling in the city discovering new things, being spontaneous, but also stay at home to enjoy movies, video games and chill evenings. When I go out, I am much more about a nice night at the bar than a night at the club.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Traveling to Zimbabwe for 1 months in January 2015. I went with my uni and had three different goals:
- Empower young disadvantaged woman through Martial Art
- Spend time with orphans and work on creative projects with them (e.g wall painting)
- Undertake our own research in the community

Above all, it was my first real traveling experience in a remote area. I have benefited so much from it, and it opened my eyes. Since then, the only thing I think about is traveling and meeting new people.

What I Can Share with Hosts

I am always excited to meet new people, and very open to do so. I am not difficult food/accommodation wise, especially when traveling. I look forward to new experiences shared with new people.

I am more of an easy-going, chill person that enjoys chats & beers over raving (hint: I'll buy you a beer).
