ABOUT ME

I am someone who has full of things to give but who sometimes can locked the door of its soul.

I like to meditate in books, very early, I was sensitive to know myself, to ask me questions what an emotion, what I do with.
I like sometimes the solitude, reflect about myself, to anchor me.

- Good curiosity (have not a one track-mind).
- Kind sometimes too kind with the others. I travail to be more sympathic than kind.
- Sedate (quiet and considered).

Music (playing with or for the others) Batucada (Bring of the animation, and see releasing people by dancing), guitar, djembé,
Practise improvised dance, Salsa.
Be in countryside, recharge my battery with nature (walking in the hood, riding(horse), and many many others things.
To learn to express my feelings through any activities, that counts for me a lot, to accept and to share what leads me.

I don't want to be an ignorant spirit, I search the truth on the world then I read, read, read.

An assessment, more experience, more life, more possession, no more happy.

In my short military career,a mission commando in Caribbean Where I be with about ten the other military in the middle of a wet jungle with a small quantity of food (coconuts, pineapples, 3 alive chickens) for a week. Just a hammock, a cover to sleep, some soap and a brook to wash oneself. Of more tests physical appearance and construction of the bivouac. I was too much hungry and burned-out. I knew my limits morale. With hindsight, of the happiness.
