I'm a Kind, Honest Soul who is always curious about the world and looking to serve others,as I practice receiving myself. I LOVE to cook and bake amazing foods that Nourish the Soul and Taste good too!
I'm a present person, who strives for integrity with all words and actions, and do my best to Truly live in my heart.
I'm a teacher, a student, a talker, a listener, a lover of many things~of good food , friends, art, music, Love, and Life.
I like to explore the world and all its Beauty, even when others may not see it, I tend to see the Beauty and Good in all.
I do my best to listen to the body and do Healing Bodywork that truly honors the Heart and Soul. I'm honored to be in service.

PHILOSOPHY

I believe everything happens for a reason and even if we don't see it in the moment, there can be gems to get in the valleys to take with us as we journey to the mountain's peaks again...

I'm constantly amazed and Grateful for so many things. Not to say it's been an easy ride, though I'm grateful and do my best to Ride the waves, breathing through, and staying present...

Such an Amazing way to meet Amazing people from all over the world.

I really want to get to Italy and Brazil sometime in the near future (well really all of the Mediterranean and South America! Those are just to name a few specifics ;)

Watching a older woman in St. Lucia walk up an almost 45 degree incline, with a bag of coconuts almost as tall as she was, on her head without using her hands!
