I'm a calm and relaxed person. I try not to overthink situations too much. Life generally has a way of sorting things out.

I like doing things spontaneously and I'm always open for new ideas. I enjoy meeting new people, but I'm also good at spending time on my own.

I've been studying architecture for a year now. I'm interested in the way people interact with cities and how architecture can improve people's quality of life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm new to couchsurfing, but I believe that the best way to travel is by meeting local people and learning about how they live. Couchsurfing is definitely a great platform for that.

PHOTOGRAPHY - especially film photography.
VISUAL ARTS - drawing, painting, watching, doing, anything goes.
MUSIC - mostly listening at the moment, but I'm decent enough behind the drums.

Music, Movies, and Books

MUSIC - Too much to count, anything from rap, R&B and soul to ambient electronic and slacker rock.
MOVIES - Depends on my mood a lot, but I often enjoy documentaries, world cinema and quirky art house films.
BOOKS - I don't read as much as I'd like to. Recently I read "Just Kids" by Patti Smith, it was an interesting read. Any book suggestions are very welcome.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few years ago we did an amazing road trip to the north of Finland and Norway with a couple of friends. We saw dolphins in the North Sea and slept in a tent high up in the mountains.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can try and teach some Finnish and I'd be glad to learn new languages.

I enjoy cooking and sharing food. Eating alone kinda sucks.
