About Me

I am 23 years old and currently exploring as much of world as I can with my partner. We love to embrace the culture, find every amazing view, indludge in the cuisine and take part in anything the country has to offer.

We have lived in Australia for a year and a half, travelling and working. We have travelled Asia for 3 months and are currently planning on travelling 3 months in South America.

We love meeting people and socializing, especially when we get to learn about other people's perspectives. Although the backpackers who just thrive to get drunk and wake up with a hangover every morning are not so much our people.

We are easy going, open minded people who work hard to achieve our dreams.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

After spending a few years travelling I am not sure how much longer I can spend in a hostel dorm room, they are slowly killing me. Meeting and getting to know one or two people on my travels is much more appealing to me. And of course the money saving element helps!

Interests

I've recently started to learn how to cook and bake and love it. Although backpacking makes it pretty difficult to do anything creative in a kitchen.

I keep fit by running and Pilates. I would like to improve my tennis game so I'm worth having a match against and in time will try and get into Yoga.

As my boyfriend is French I'm currently learning French using Babel, which I try to dedicate an hour a day to.

Music, Movies, and Books

I mainly listen to Hip Hop, RnB, Rap, Reaggae, Dancehall and occasionally rock and indie.

I usually watch thrillers and comedies. At the moment I am a serial series watcher and have water Breaking Bad, Walking Dead, Prison Break, Dexter, Lost, Homeland, Sons of Anarchy. Next on the list are How to get away with murder and Suits.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Voulenteered for 3 weeks in rural Uganda teaching mothers how to feed and care for their families and lead healthier lifestyles without unsustainable medicines.
