ABOUT ME

I'd like to think i'm quite laid-back.. conscientious.. creative.. and all round friendly. I feel good when other people are good.
I can be quite shy, but this lack of confidence opens up as I get to know people. I enjoy thinking and questioning as I think it helps me understand everything I come across better.. and I like to smile!

PHILOSOPHY

To try to avoid letting existing perceptions of anything influence my own opinion... and carpe diem or live for the moment :)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

When I first surfed in New Zealand, it was a fantastic opportunity to get to know both my host and her personal stories of the area she lived in.. Other experience surfing in the UK has led to meeting lovely people and honest perspectives :) As has hosting! Always a treat!

兴趣

Drawing, galleries... especially the book shop bit.. any museums of random collections (LOVE the Wellcome Trust in London), any live music, cycling (nothing too serious) playing piano, life drawing, meditation and eating olives. I'm also trying to look up more to see familiar places from new angles...
