About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Learning about all the amazing things life has to offer and exploring all that is perceptible with my human body

PHILOSOPHY

I have a bachelor's degree in philosophy which has helped me in life so that now I don't even know what people mean with 'philosophy' without giving context. But I think the following will suffice as some kind of philosophy of life:

Follow your heart and surround yourself with good people and fantastic things will happen to you!

That's a thing I try to live by but please tell me if you've come up with something better.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I like the couchsurfing community for the open minded and fun people. I've hosted and surfed but also just hung out with people to share stories about our travels or ideologies.

Here I could say that I love to meet different people from different cultures, as seems to be standard procedure here. But in reality I mostly like meeting like-minded people who share my interests and emphasize with vegetarianism/feminism/queer communities/sustainability. That doesn't mean that's the only thing I can and want to talk about, it just means I don't need to hear what I should or shouldn't do because I'm a woman, or that meat eating is only natural and therefore good.

Let's just go out and have fun! And maybe a deep conversation about the meaning of life/tempeh vs tofu/glitter/equality&difference feminism/hiking vs cycling/Tim Burton films/whatever, if we feel like it. But let's just go dancing.
