ABOUT ME

Silly, fun, easy-going. I love meeting new people and learning about their unique experiences and tastes.

I married an immeasurably kind and handsome Englishman in April of 2017. We live together in an old home in Memphis with one very overweight, lovable grey and white cat, Catalina.

I work as a registered nurse in the operating room, which takes up a great deal of my time, but my schedule allows me some time off to explore, travel, and host!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I began couch surfing in 2012 in Chicago, Nashville, and Paris and have since met other travelers through friends who have hosted in their homes. I embrace the opportunity to meet new people. As a host, I have also loved showing travelers around my hometown and hearing their stories.

Looking back on some of my most memorable trips, it was the experience Couchsurfing and spending time with the generous and kind people who hosted me that made those trips so wonderful.

Interests

Cooking, music, books, travel, podcasts, Netflix (addict), caffeinated beverages, exploring, getting a feel for local culture, laughing... the usual.

I dabble in all types of music, mostly indie, hip hop, and semi-embarrassing pop from the 80s and 90s.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hiking in the Smoky Mountains in East Tennessee. Watching the sunset in Italy. Marveling at the art and architecture in Barcelona, my favorite city.
