Nací y crecí en Querétaro. Estudié comunicación y actualmente me desempeño como especialista en comunicación para una empresa alemana. Soy una persona tranquila, confiable, paciente, sincera y me encanta estar rodeada de amigos y mi familia. Me gusta disfrutar de la vida sin complicaciones. Uno de mis mayores defectos es que soy muy distraída. Puedo decir mucho acerca de mi pero prefiero que la gente me conozca. :)
I was born and raise in Queretaro. I got a degree in communication and am currently working as a communication specialist for a German company. I'm a laid-back, trustworthy, patient, sincere, and I love to be surrounded by friends and family. I like to enjoy life without complications. One of my foibles is that I am easily distracted. I could tell you a lot more about myself, but I prefer that people get to know me in person.

PHILOSOPHY

Mantener mi mente abierta a cosas nuevas, no limitarme en nada siempre y cuando no afecte a los que están a mi alrededor.
I keep my mind open to new things, and I don't limit myself in anything as long as it doesn't harm those around me.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Encuentros y eventos con grupos de CS en Querétaro. Hospedando y apoyando a Couchsurfers que visitan la ciudad (acompañando o con información para que puedan aprovechar su estancia). Organizando algunas actividades con el grupo local (viajes, convivencias, etc).
Meetups an events with CS groups in Queretaro. Hosting and supporting Couchsurfers who visit the city (taking them out or giving information so that they can take full advantage of their stay). Organizing activities for the local group (trips, meetups, etc.).

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Creo que es una comunidad muy bonita e interesante donde puedes compartir experiencia de viajes, culturas, idiomas, etc, con gente de los mismos intereses. A través de mi hermano fue que conocí esta bella comunidad y las experiencias viajando, hospedando, hospedandome y conviviendo, me han hecho ver la vida desde otra perspectiva. Puras lindas experiencias.
Couchsurfing is a nice and interesting community where you can share your travel experiences, culture, and languages with people who have similar interests. I found out about this beautiful community through my bother, and my experiences traveling, hosting, and meeting people have made me see life from another perspective. Purely lovely experiences.

Interests

Me gustan las actividades al aire libre como senderismo, camping, picnic, etc. No soy tan fan de visitar ciudades grandes (aunque lo hago), prefiero ciudades pequeñas y pueblos. Escucho y bailo casi todo tipo de música (no creerías la mezcla que tengo en mis play list jeje). Mi problema con la comida es que no tengo problema con la comida, como casi todo. Lugares que no me gustan mucho: Playa.
I like outdoor activities like hiking, camping, picnicking, etc. I'm not a huge fan of visiting big cities (although I do it); I prefer small cities and towns. I listen and dance to almost every kind of music (you would not believe the mix I have on my playlist). My problem with food is that I have no problems with food -- I eat almost everything. Places that I don't like much: the beach.

Music, Movies, and Books

No soy muy aficionada al cine pero si se da la oportunidad de asistir, me gustan las películas de terror, drama y suspenso. La música me encanta, puedo escuchar de todo tipo dependiendo mi estado de animo.
I'm not a big fan of going to the movies, but if I go, I like terror, drama, and suspense films. I love music, and I listen to every kind, depending on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Renunciar a la empresa donde trabajé por 10 años, entre otras razones para cumplir mi sueño de hacer un viaje largo. Me costo mucho tomar la decisión ya que amaba mi trabajo pero sentía que era el momento. Con la ayuda de Couchsurfers pasé 3 meses viajando por Europa y el norte de Africa.
I left the company where I worked for 10 years, among other things in order to realize my dream of taking a long trip. It was hard for me to make the decision because I loved my job, but the moment felt right. With the help of Couchsurfers, I spent three months traveling all over Europe and even into North Africa.

Teach, Learn, Share

Acerca de mi ciudad, cultura, tradiciones, costumbres, comida, idioma, etc. Compartir mis gustos personales, conocimientos, etc.
I can guide people around my city and share the culture, traditions, customs, food, language, etc. I also share my personal tastes and knowledge.
