I am a hippie at heart I guess. I am looking to relocate to Portland,OR at one point. I still have to tie up some loose ends here in Texas but I intend to move as soon as its humanly possible. I want to travel to all places around the world if I can, if only to release the free spirit in me

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have known about couchsurfing for a while and to be honest, i logged on on a whim, but I have read testimonials from people on this, and I am really genuinely interested, seeing as I want to travel more. I hope to be able to host one day soon...unfortunately my living situation at the moment does not allow for that.

Interests

I love movies, and have a soft spot for indie films, I love to read books, and love non fiction to be exact.I have recently realised that I love taking my dog tucker out for walks.....plus its part of my thing about getting healthy. I am a big soccer fan and love to watch the European leagues...I want to start playing but .....baby steps.

Music, Movies, and Books

Non fiction books, memoirs....V for vendetta, Brokeback mountain, Ratatouille, GLBT movies, indie films that noone prolly knows about....My tastes in music change with the seasons....but you wont catch me listening to any top 40 stuff or hiphop...right now am really into latin music a la Alejandro Sanz, Aventura, Laura Pausini, Andrea Bocelli...Am rediscovering my Kenyan roots and have started digging old school Swahili music
