Overview
About Me
Hey there! I’m originally from Lithuania but currently enjoying the sunny vibes of Spain. While traveling isn't always my first choice, life and work tend to take me on some unexpected adventures. And honestly, what I’ve come to love most about it are those "kitchen conversations"—you know, those deep, late-night chats about life, dreams, and everything in between.
I'm a big fan of sports, always up for a workout or a game, and I love experimenting in the kitchen. Whether it's sharing travel stories over a good meal or whipping up something new, I enjoy connecting with people through food and experiences.
My friends would probably describe me as a bit "out of space"—whatever that means! But I like to think it means I’m open-minded and a little unconventional, always ready for new perspectives. As a newcomer to Couchsurfing, I'm excited to see where this journey takes me.
As for what I’m looking for in a host or guest? Just be yourself! I appreciate people who are open, genuine, and willing to just “do you.” Let’s keep it real, and hopefully, we can share some cool stories along the way!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I joined Couchsurfing to connect with people beyond just the usual travel experiences. For me, it's all about those genuine, human connections that make a place truly memorable. Whether it’s sharing a meal, swapping stories, or just having a chat about life, I believe that the best travel moments are the ones spent with new friends. Even though I’m not a typical traveler, I’m excited about the chance to meet open-minded people and share a bit of my world while discovering theirs.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music: My taste in music is all over the place, and I love it that way. From the beats of 50 Cent to the classical tunes of Debussy, and from the iconic sounds of ABBA to the rock anthems of AC/DC—I’m just a fan of good music, whatever the genre.
Books: I enjoy diving into deep, thought-provoking reads. Some of my favorites include Brothers Karamazov by Dostoevsky, Anna Karenina by Tolstoy, Angels and Demons by Dan Brown, Forest of the Gods by Balys Sruoga, and The Good Soldier Švejk by Jaroslav Hašek. Whether it's classic literature or a modern thriller, I appreciate a story that makes me think.
Movies: I’m drawn to films that blend intense storytelling with humor or a touch of reality. Some of my top picks include Adam's Apples, Inglourious Basterds, Snatch, Sound of Freedom, and Apocalypto. I’m mostly into comedies, true stories, or documentaries—anything that offers a fresh perspective or a good laugh!
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I had the unforgettable opportunity to be part of an underwater archaeology team in Croatia, where we explored and excavated items from the Adriatic Sea that are part of UNESCO heritage. Diving beneath the surface, I witnessed ancient sunken ships and remnants of a lost city. It was like stepping back in time, uncovering pieces of history that had been hidden underwater for centuries. The experience was surreal and one that I’ll never forget!
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach: I’d love to share my passion for cooking, especially trying out new dishes or sharing recipes from my Lithuanian roots. If you're into sports or want to learn a bit about wrestling, I’d be happy to share some tips or stories from my experience.
Learn: I’m always eager to learn about different cultures, perspectives, and new skills. Whether it's learning a new recipe, a unique local tradition, or just discovering a new way of thinking, I’m all in.
Share: I can offer interesting travel stories from my journeys and those late-night “kitchen conversations” that dive deep into life, dreams, and everything in between. Plus, if you're up for it, I’d love to share a meal or a workout session!
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can provide a cozy place to crash with a pillow, a blanket, and, of course, a hot shower to help you relax after a day of exploring. While the setup is simple, you’ll find a welcoming atmosphere and good company here. If you’re up for it, we can also share a meal or a chat about life’s adventures.
