Overview
About Me
I am a physical education teacher, strength and conditioning trainer, water polo player, a healthy man, I really like to talk about anything, sharing a coffee or a meal.
I am a fanatic of health and every intervention we can do to live better like strength training, eating a low carbohydrate diet, fasting, take some supplements, meditation, sun exposure, nature contact, etc.
I love extreme sports like snowboarding, wakeboarding, mountain bike, surfing and longboard.
I like to go to the park to have some "Mates" (typically drink in my country, is like a tea)
I love travelling, music, singing, have deep conversations, sports and meeting open minded people. I have a big sofa to you and an excellent location into the city. You are welcome!!
