ABOUT ME

I'm a happy girl from the Netherlands. I was born in The Hague and 19 years later I moved to the South of the Netherlands to start a study in Maastricht (Health sciences). At the moment I am still studing; I do a master in Global Health and will be finished summer 2016.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are a CS family as my mother and sister are also active members. We had some really nice experiences while hosting and visiting other people I started a few years ago. since I do not stay anymore at my parents place in The Hague I can't host people at the moment but I can always help people around or go for a tea! Hopefully when I finish my study I have more room to host people!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Great! A CS experience can make your trip just a bit more special. You will visit places you would otherwise never visit. You will get to know things about places you would never know before. But besides that, you will meet all kinds of people you otherwise would never meet! I surfed at very different places. Sumatra, Singapore, Pescara, Sicilie and even in the Netherlands. All off them were very nice!

Interests

Secretly I'm always trying to plan a new trip because I love to travel! I love all kinds of sport, like atletics, surfing, rollerskating, snowboarden and sailing. I also enjoy dancing, party with friends and I love summertime on the beach! Next to that I like to cook. Drawing is also a passion but I never make time for it.

Music: I like every kind of music on which you can dance! But also more relax music like Ed Sheeran and Sam Smith

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Standing at the Grand Canyon. Seeing lava in a volcano in Nicaragua. Sleeping on uninhabited islands in Panama. Hitchhiking to Barcelona!
