About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Tromping out in my booties hoping to smell some finer flowers
ABOUT ME
I´m a Canadian chill looking to learn a thing or two about the world around me. I love the outdoors, hiking and meeting new people. I am a fish, if given the choice I would swim all day. I like to learn new things. I just learned how to windsurf (although I´m terribly bad at it so far)and was glad that I stuck through the initial challenges. All and all, I´m pretty easy going, up for anything.
PHILOSOPHY
I´m discovering my personal philosophy as the days go by.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I've just started to become active with couchsurfing over the past couple of months. I've only surfed couches so far but the experiences have been very positive. I love to just connect with people that are from such different places.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I've met some really wonderful people through couch surfing even though I've only been surfing for a months. I hadn't known about meetings until I met someone in Athens that was going. Got to see a good sense of community which was cool.Oh! I just went to my first CS meeting in Athens, which was really cool. I plan to check them out back where my roots sprout. I love this idea of helping out a fellow traveller. Also, it helps to get a fresh perspective of a city beyond the traditional tourist entrapments. I can't wait till I finish my travels and am able to host others back home. Share the love!
Interests
Love to read and sing. I practise yoga, although not as frequently as I´d like. I like to watch a good movie or go for a great bike ride. I'd love to get into rock climbing more seriously, at this point I just have a lovely affinity for scaling rockface...and trees.
