About Me

CURRENT MISSION

To be free.

ABOUT ME

I like the company of people who make me laugh, often at myself and the contradictary dichotomy of innanities and the preciousness of life.I enjoy sharing the good times. I want to live life as far away from pre-dictated shizzle as is possible.

PHILOSOPHY

Breathe and enjoy the present existence...I gotta adlib Mark Twain as he is more succinct than I; "the Great make others feel great".

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I respect the ethos of the couch surfing experience and wanna meet more people with shared hopes for a scintillating future. When travelling, I make it my mission to live with local people as much as possible, in thatched huts, boats, tents, whatever goes... achieved it in many phenomenal experiences in South America and SE Asia...couchsurfing might just be a way to facilitate this even more. I like opening the sensation of closed doors.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Met a great Argentinian who couch surfed his way through Venezula having the best time....he was so excited he inspired me to get my ass in gear and get meeting some great like minded people or maybe opposite minded people to spend time with. So far all good I love the brief life inspiring people you get to meet. Inspired is how I would describe myself at present.

Interests

Ribbaldry, sonrisas, spontaneous sunrises and sunsets, especially over a yawning sea. Enormous trees, scathing mountains, the Golden Ratio. Organic Gardening. Mountain biking. I virtually live on my bike in Europe. Running with limbs akimbo. Trekking without direction, meandering with dreams in my eyes. A bit of kick boxing until people insisted on trying to punch me in the head. Food. Pescatarian food. Other people cooking for me. Painting surrealistically. Finding out the soundtrack playing to everybody's life incarnating the memories being made. Spanish red wine with those excellent meals cooked for me. Limited Salsa. Even more limited Capoeira. Passion in whatever I am applying myself to.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Being born was pretty awesome, bit of a shock to the system, can't lie. First steps walking - blew me away as I tasted freedom from surburban indignities. First toilet-training session - just plain scary. First bike ride -liberated freedom from the confines of the body. First kiss from a boy, aged 6 - yummy. First kiss from a girl aged 8 - better. First cigarette - "I curse Sir Walter Raleigh he was such a stupid get". First southern comfort - liquid sunshine. First trip alone - wakeup call beckoned. First dope drag, all the doors started opening....
Ohh more like something that makes me stand out from the crowd...I am gonna share these stories when we meet in person...ask me about working in a Peruvian prison, living with a Brasilian old couple in a shack between 40km sand dunes and a lagoon where I killed crabs; surfing with a Mhong tribe in northern Vietnam; sleeping on a 30km glacier with a Brasilian dude in Patagonia who didn't compain about the cold; robbed at gun point and adored the sunrise after in Buenos Aires, dynamite that took away my fingertips in Bolivia; celebrity status in Cambodia....list is long....

Teach, Learn, Share

I will share the making of happy memories. I can share being a friend you can share with.I can nearly cycle non-handed, and might be able to teach (on an open stetch- come to Cadiz!). I can conjure with your hopes and aspirations, from this I will learn and share, and you teach. Or vice versa. I can teach positivity, but feel a sham for doing so - I am human, I have inbuilt disclaimers. We can share how to apreciate life.
