I'm a Brazilian student who decided to study law in France (if I knew it was this hard, I'd have stayed in Brazil) and, as everybody here, I guess, I love to travel. I love to try different and new food as well and discover a little more about places, people and myself (that explains why I'm a little into astrology 🙄).

I'm a little shy at the beginning (sometimes not all, I don't know how it happens), but I'm not a very difficult person to handle or to pleasure, I pay attention to people's intentions and this is what matters to me.

I'm always searching something new to be interested about, this time I'm very interested about the zero waste way of life. I was watching a video with the kids I used to mind in Ireland when I was an au pair and I realized how much plastic we use and how it's bad to environment, specially the sea and animals. I'm not yet the kind of person who lives a zero waste life (even if I'd like to so bad), but I'm trying to reduce my plastic consommation :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Recently I was talking to my flatmate and we were impressed by the fact that there's 7 billion people in the world and every single person has their own stories, their own cercle of people they care about, their own way of life and traveling is an important way to get to know new people and their lives, specially if we can stay at their home, which is way much more special because, for me, it's the best way to learn more about them and their culture.

Music, Movies, and Books

I love the kind of music that everybody knows and everybody sings along when it comes up at a party or somewhere else. Sooo one of my hobbies is to learn the lyrics of "traditional" songs. For example, I learned Angels by Robbie Williams after going to Oktoberfest in Munich in 2018 so I can sing along when I'm going to Oktoberfest again 😄 (but I have to learn the real German songs too).

Otherwise, I listen to Arctic Monkeys, Alt-J, Vance Joy, the Kooks, Coldplay, Lana del Rey, Oasis, Queen, Milo Greene, Adele (with a glass of wine, please), etc. I usually prefer calm songs, but I can listen to almost everything, it depends on my mood.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Coming to live in France. I have to admit that it was really hard at the beginning but I've always been in love with this country (don't ask me why, I never know what to answer).
