About Me
!!! IMPORTANT !!!
I DON'T live in Rome, although
CS apparently shows my profile among the hosts in Rome. Therefore I WON'T EVEN ANSWER your request if you ask for a host in Rome and you clearly haven't read this part (that is to say my whole profile).
For the rest of you, sorry for this aggressive beginning, but I'm quite tired to daily have to deal with inappropriate requests.
Thank you for your understanding!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
As for hosting, I call it "passive travelling" and I love to share life with my guests. Even when they stay only for one night, even if I'm tired and I'd need a long sleep, I always stay awake to chat with them and share enriching experiences.
As for being hosted, I don't want to travel any other way since I've tried this! Being hosted by someone local, or just sleeping in a house instead of a hotel, allows you to immerse yourself in the place and culture and get to know them much deeper than you would by staying at a hotel. It is funny and also enriching.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I live alone, but have multiethnical random flatmates and it's A-MA-ZING!!!
The last years would have been just black and white without all the liveliness brought by my 'surfers'!

Simoultaneous interpreting; working as an alcohol-test police girl; Interport Student Programme @ Semester at Sea; giving a book to a stranger I met everyday on the train; signing a contract and its termination on the same day!
Teach, Learn, Share
Couch Surfing is my chance to keep my life multicultural even when I cannot move. I can teach and share my mother tongue, as well as other languages I speak;, Italian and international recipes; several dance styles; my ideas and points of view; my religion.
I hope to be overwhelmed by your culture and by the diversity our encounter will produce!
