ABOUT ME

We are true New Yorkers who want to be citizens of the world. We seek becoming acquainted with people from all cultures and backgrounds. We are extremely curious and always looking to peek behind the curtain. We are optimistic, fun and love our freedom.

PHILOSOPHY

Here are just a few things I try to live by. 1) Life is too short not to enjoy yourself. 2) That which doesn't kill us makes us stronger. 3) learn to dance during the storm instead of waiting for the storm to pass.

One thing is for sure- He regrets things he have not done as opposed to mistakes he has made.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

He first used this website to meet people when traveling China with his then 19 year old son Nov/Dec 2011. When he returned from China he was able to host twice which he enjoyed. Due to work we will not be able to CS or host till the fall of 2014. See you then!!!!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

She is a newbie. His first experiences was in Shanghai, China, had a great time at a CS meet-up. Toured the next day with a CS member. First couch surfed was in Xian, China...outstanding host. Turned out to be a great cultural exchange for him and his son. Plan on CSing somewhere in the world during 2014. Will be unable to host for some time.

Travel, cooking,culture, tennis, meeting new people, politics, hunting, football, and sailing.. Road trips with our harley or mini. We have not been to South America or Antartica...but plan on changing that.
