ABOUT ME

Jonno is from Sydney, and I'm from France. I've been living in Brussels for 5 years, Jonno moved here in April 2011. We got engaged in November 2011 and married in January 2013 in Australia, then again in June in Belgium! Jono and I are good company. We're easy going, very rarely upset. Jono always has a funny story to tell. And he loves music, he's got guitar, keyboard, banjo, ukulele... We know most of the places of interests in Brussels. We both love to have a few belgian beers at the pub, meet new people, have fun. We'll also like staying home with dinner and a couple of drinks. We love discovering new places.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are welcoming people in Brussels, showing them around if we have time, giving them tips if we're too busy.

We also used couchsurfing as surfers when travelling around Oz and NZ in 2011-2012, and had a great time there too.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We love the diversity and the sharing CS is providing. I've been hosting people at my place quite a lot in 2010, then been surfing with Jonno occasionally in Oz, NZ and a bit in Europe, and we're also hosting together in Brussels now.

Música, películas y libros

movies : horror/fantastic/fun movies such as the good old Freddy Kruger's or Friday 13th or Halloween :)
I love movies, I'm a big cinema fan and I can spend days watching movies, of any kind.

music : I'm into rock mostly, but I kinda like anything as long as it's interesting on the creation level. Favourite bands/musicians : Metallica, Iron Maiden, AC/DC, Bob Dylan, ...
Jono loves Bluegrass music, like banjo and mandoline stuff, but not only. He's very open minded on that too.

books : We're both big fans of reading! The bookshelf is way too small... My favourite books are mostly historical books, biographies and so on. I also enjoy other kinds of books, specially those we get for 25 cents at the second-hand shop. Jono reads a lot of police, criminals, investigations books, and fantasy too.

got married in the Australian bush, January 5th, 33° in the shade at 5pm. tough. awesome.
