CURRENT MISSION

After about 4 years working at GoPro, going from a start up to a public company, I decided to take a year off and travel, learn to surf, start a business, and meet new people. I've been living in Hawaii (Maui) for about 8 months, mostly on a big compound with about 20 amazing roommates. Now I'm getting ready for my next adventure in San Diego!

ABOUT ME

Like I said,I love people. I love seeing new places. I love finding little holes in the wall that only a handful of people know about. I love to laugh, and I love making people laugh. You want to be my friend, YES?

PHILOSOPHY

I just want to see it all. There's so much, and lifes short. I want to meet incredible people and see what they have to teach me. I also believe that we can change the world one person at a time. I think that if you are blessed, your blessing will only multiply if you share them with others who aren't as fortunate.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Quit my job in the beginning of 2007, got on couch surfing with no idea where I wanted to go, contacted people in Florida, then 4 days later I was put up in a beautiful condo overlooking the harbor. I met some AMAZING people and had an adventure I will never forget.

I've hosted people and met life long friends. I love the community of travelers.

Intereses

I'll try just about anything once, except jumping out of plane. It's just not for me. I love motorcycles and have a CBR600. I love surfing and spending my days at the beach or hiking waterfalls in the jungle. I love trying different foods, racket ball, riding horses, watching independent films, having a drink with friends and laughing till my stomach hurts, and dancing till I fall on the floor with exhaustion.

Música, películas y libros

My life feels like it lacks something when I don't have a book to read. I love reading novels, magazines, short stories, cerial boxes, and anything else with words and sentences. I am always listening to music at work, when I'm walking, and driving. I like a lot of indie music like Bright Eyes, Frou Frou, Coheed and Cambria, Copeland, Weezer, and pretty much anything else that sounds good. I keep an open mind. If you've read this far...good for you. As for movies, foreign films, blockbuster, chick flicks, independant films, just no horror films. I'm to happy to want to be scared out of my mind.

I've flown a helicopter. I've watched my brother run with the Bulls on his birthday in Pamplona Spain. I took up an offor to live with a girl I had met once at a party and ended up living with her in South Africa for 3 months when I was 17. I met a Monk in a temple while I was traveling in South East Asia and was able to see where he lived and what his life was like.

I lived in Zambia for a year volunteering at a school for orphans. It was an amazing experience. I've sailed around the world in college. I had a big kid job at one of the coolest tech companies of the past few years.
