Hey guys, I'm a travel writer from Birmingham, UK, but have been living in Hanoi, Vietnam for the past few years and back for a bit to see some of Europe. I'm currently meeting up with friends around the continent before I meet my girlfriend in Spain to do the Camino through the summer. I want to get a bit of practice on the beautiful trails around Echternach in Luxembourg before I start, so anyone living in the city with a bit of knowledge of the walks there would be perfect! Why I’m on Couchsurfing

It's taken me until the age of 27 to get on the CouchSurfing train but it seems like a fantastic alternative to staying in hostels and guesthouses etc. I would love to learn about everything in the local area from the people who know it most.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A 2 week trek around the Annapurna Circuit in the Himalayas. Definitely the best thing I've done. Will be doing the Camino for a month this summer and if it's even half as life-affirming, I'm sorted.
