Hello Travelers. I have the same story as many here do. Was lock-down for too long! I'm from Florida USA Moved to Portugal 2017. When the pandemic hit I was in Funchal Madeira. I hiked the whole island amazing experience. I was getting ready to leave and the lock-down hit. No flights off the island and the ones I found were 900 Euros to Lisbon. Once September 2020 came I flew to Lisbon for normal price 130 Euros. 2 months into my mainland Portugal adventure locked down again. Made some friends drank some beers and had a good time. Now I have my EU vaccine passport and going trekking throughout Europe. I'll be showing up in Madrid Spain, Saturday 31 of July. I hope to meet lots of travelers. For me traveling is always about the people. Friends for life so far on 4 continents

Today is Day 19 on my journey through Europe. It is strange How my mind holds onto the thought "I need to feel secure, a place to live, someone to help". In reality it's just a story I tell myself to take Action.How to end these stories and just see what's Next?!
I guess the answer is to push through and Know they're just stories my mind created to be able to relax.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I fell off the top of the Grand Canyon. It was night, pitch black, I landed in a tree. Then I had to climb up in the pitch black. I didn't even have a scratch on me. I told my friends what happened, they all said BS. In the morning we went back and you could see all the broken branches on the top of the tree. That was lucky and amazing
