I took two gap years to do some traveling before I started studying at the university. The first year I spent most of my time in Europe while my second year I was living in Australia and backpacking around Southeast Asia

I try to have a positive outlook on things. I am pretty much a walking advertisement for the website because most of my greatest traveling experiences are because of this website.

I love to travel and to ski. I'm also a big fan of the Pittsburgh Penguins(hockey) and Steelers(american football).

The most amazing thing I've done is decided to start traveling at a young age. It made me realize how much there is to see in the world and I'm always excited to see what the next day brings.

To be honest my best experiences with couchsurfing weren't about the places that I slept but the things that people showed me. It gives you a chance to learn a new lifestyle, a culture, the people.
