Hi there!..

Well My name is Lay kuen I currently been living in the Netherlands for a few a years but i'm originally from a tiny island called Aruba. I love travelling and I love the small adventures that you can encounter in life. Not too mention the entertaining stories you can come home to and brag about :).. I love music,anything random, writing, and I have a lovely healthy obession with penguins and pigs..in a non weird way..

I'm fairly new at this but I would really love to gain some couch surfing status ...

Interests

It's a hard question to ask to someone as my mind personally would jump into million places. I really enjoy talking to people and learning about their perspective of life. I also have a major passion for music and learning new things about it. I can spend hours reading useless knowledge that I would probably not use in my entire life, still it sure brings a spark to a conversation when you find someone that connects with you on that level.

In my down time I enjoy watching either awesome movies or some awful tv shows late at night. :)

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many to write but i'll keep it short and sweet.

Movies: where to start.. most of Quentin films, any Tim Burton film. Any Michel Gondry movie

Books: "The Tao of Pooh" is one of my favourite books.

Music: I can't stress enough how much I love music which makes this question really hard to define. Currently I am listening to Haitus Kaiyote, Ester Rada, The internet, Electric wire hustle, Taylor Mcferrin... I won't be able to stop writing.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Well one of the things i'm the most proud of is that I did the highest bungee jump and if you were to know me you would know that i'm really afraid of heights...(I mean seriously afraid, I don't even like bunk beds).

I have also done sandboarding in the dunes of the Namimbian dessert..

Shark diving near the coast of Cape Town,..and next on my list is sky diving hopefully...
